If you arrive at the airport by car or bus, you will be dropped off outside the terminal, directly at the check-in entrance. Proceed to the check-in area where our team will assist you.

If you arrive at the airport by seaplane, you will be taken from the seaplane to the check-in area by airside transport.

Free baggage trolleys are available. We have a limited number of porters who are ready to assist at no extra cost, based on availability.

Inside, check-in screens display the flight numbers and airline names. Priority passengers, such as those flying business or first class or with certain loyalty statuses, have dedicated counters.

Special assistance travelers and unaccompanied minors receive priority processing at check-in.

Oversized baggage should be taken to designated check-in counters.

Check-in typically opens three hours before departure and closes 60 minutes prior to take-off. Remember to bring all necessary travel documents, including your ticket, passport, ID, exit permit, and any required visas.
