Our team is ready to warmly greet you and facilitate your pre-arranged transfers - all arriving guests are expected to have a pre-booked transfer before arriving to The Red Sea.

Once you arrive at the Welcome Centre, our agents will retrieve your booking, print a QR code, and hand it to you.
If you have checked luggage, you’ll proceed to update your resort's destination and your luggage will be delivered to your resort.
Once done, or if you don’t have any checked luggage, you may proceed to the arrival pick-up area where the QR code is scanned and you will be linked to your designated vehicle outside arrivals area. The driver will then know the specific details of your transfer.

In the rare event that you arrive without a pre-booked transfer, you will have to bypass the Welcome Centre and go directly to the arrival pavilion for assistance in making a new booking – please note that booking a seaplane transfer with Fly Red Sea will not be possible at that time.

Fly Red Sea booking for Domestic passengers
If you are a domestic passenger and have booked a seaplane transfer with Fly Red Sea, a Fly Red Sea Representative will be there to greet you at the Welcome Centre. After identifying and accepting your baggage for your onward journey, you will proceed to the departures area of the airport. Here, you'll experience a seamless Fly Red Sea check-in process and undergo the Seaplane Flight Safety Briefing.
