Whether by seaplane, luxury yacht, or electric vehicle, getting to your resort from the airport has never been easier.

All transfers must be pre-booked at least 48 hours before your arrival to ensure a smooth journey.

Depending on where you’re staying and how you'd like to arrive to your resort, you may choose from the various transfers available.

Car & Speed Boat/Yacht Transfer

Car & Speed Boat/Yacht Transfer

This includes a car transfer from the airport to Turtle Bay Hotel (TBH Jetty) or Professional Beach Club and then and then a speed boat transfer to "Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve" & "The St. Regis Red Sea Resort". Upgrade to Yacht Transfer will be with additional cost.


All transfers should be booked in advance. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the requested pick-up time are subject to waiting time; this will be communicated at the time of accepting the booking.


Car transfer will be private, while speed boat transfer can be shared or private based upon request. The total duration of the journey is around 90 minutes.

Each guest is allowed one large suitcase, one small suitcase, and one standard laptop bag or handbag. Any additional luggage or overweight/oversize luggage must be prebooked at the time of booking the transfer and will incur an additional fee.

Fly Red Sea, the first seaplane company launched in the Kingdom, provides seamless transportation across the stunning, clear waters to The Red Sea’s island resorts, including St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Nujuma (A Ritz Carlton Reserve), and Shebara.

Fly Red Sea is dedicated to offering an unparalleled and enduring experience with the utmost standards of safety and environmental consciousness, ensuring a luxurious journey for all guests traveling to the Red Sea Island Resorts.

The total flight duration is approximately 30 minutes.

Due to limited capacity, all Fly Red Sea flight bookings must be made at least seven days in advance. Bookings cannot be waitlisted. The reservation department will process bookings and confirm them with a booking reference within 24 hours, subject to availability.

Seaplane Transfer Notes

Elderly guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance. A physical condition assessment may be conducted at check-in, and the Captain in Command will determine if the passenger can be accepted for the flight.

 

Expectant mothers up to 28 weeks pregnant do not require a medical certificate to fly with Fly Red Sea. Those traveling between 29 and 32 weeks must present a valid medical certificate at check-in. For safety reasons, expectant mothers over 32 weeks pregnant will not be accepted.

Guests must check in at the Fly Red Sea desks at the Welcome Centre upon arrival to RSI with a photo ID (passport, national ID, or Iqama ID). Checked-in guests will be escorted to the seaplane lounge by our Passenger Services team.

Fly Red Sea strives to ensure a seamless and comfortable journey for all passengers but reserves the right to change or cancel flights without prior notice. In case of changes or cancellations due to adverse weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternate transfer by marine vessel at no additional cost.

 

In case of unscheduled cancellations, Fly Red Sea will not be responsible for rebooking or rescheduling flights with other airlines. Any additional costs for rescheduling or rebooking are the guest’s responsibility.

Fly Red Sea aims to ensure your luggage travels with you. However, on rare occasions, your luggage may arrive after you. In such cases, you will be informed before your flight departure so you can carry essentials in your carry-on baggage. All luggage will arrive at your resort on the same day.
